At BookedMyHSRP, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a hassle-free experience for all our customers. Below is the detailed policy regarding refunds, cancellations, returns, and replacements.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in cases where a damaged product, incorrect size, or wrong HSRP is delivered. Returns and replacements are processed free of charge under the following circumstances:

  • Delivery of the wrong product.
  • Delivery of a damaged product.
  • Delivery of the wrong size.

Refunds for eligible orders will be credited back to the original payment method within 6-8 working days after the successful cancellation or return process. Please note that the refund timeline may vary depending on banks and payment gateway processes.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Share the following details:
    • Your order number.
    • A clear reason for the return.

Cancellation Policy

We offer an easy and transparent cancellation process:

  • You can cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
  • Cancellations can be initiated by clicking on the “Cancel Order” tab on our website and submitting the required details.

Important Notes:

  • Partial order cancellations are not allowed. The entire order must be canceled.
  • If the HSRP is canceled, any additional items purchased as part of the package (e.g., frames, Super Tags) will also be canceled.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 6-8 working days post-cancellation.
  • The refunded amount will be credited to the same account used during payment.
  • The actual timing of account credit depends on banks and payment gateways.
